RMPC homes provide a home like setting, with social and therapeutic programs.  Our goal is to know your loved ones and use this knowledge to guide, support and motivate him or her.  Residents share chores and maintain jobs.  Staffing is provided 24 hours a day and 365 days a year to ensure residencts receives support and assistance.

RMPC provide temporary relief for caregivers and families.  It is a service in which care is provided to individuals who are intellectual disabled and /or have developmental disabilities.

RMPC Staff work with people with disabilities in the individual's home and the community.  Problem solving, coping and decision making skills that will build self reliance at home, at work and in the community is enhanced.  We work to improve communication, social skills, and anger management to increase positive intervention with others.
